After receiving an invitation from the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to testify at a hearing titled, "Criminal Justice Reform and Efforts to Reduce Recidivism," Mr. Bill McGahan, Chairman and Founder of Georgia Works! testified before the committee on June 28th, 2017.
